A price per m², final after the site visit.
The amount of paint and cement on the glass changes the price more than the floor area does, so for large sites we fix the price after a free site visit.
Prices exclude VAT. Machines and cleaning products are ours. We also work on live sites, with every safety measure in place.
New production hall, Jelgava
Problem: The hall had to be handed over to the client on a fixed date. The builders left cement film on the floor, dust on the structures and columns, and paint marks on the glass and frames — a site is not accepted in that condition.
Fix: One pass over the whole site: machine-scrubbed concrete floor, dust taken off structures and columns top-down, windows, frames and sills inside and out. Handed over for acceptance without a second pass.

Do you do post-renovation cleaning before handover?
Yes, from €1.80 per m². Builder's dust, cement film, paint and adhesive on glass, frames and sills, windows inside and out — one pass, handover-ready. We work on live sites with safety measures in place. For large handovers we quote after a site visit, because the amount of paint and cement on the glass changes the number more than the floor area does.
How fast can you start?
A free 20-minute site visit within 24 hours, a fixed offer the same day, and a paid trial period before the contract is signed. The crew typically starts on your site 24 to 72 hours after the first call, depending on how quickly shifts, keys and access can be arranged.
Which districts and towns do you cover?
All of Riga and the area within 75 km of it: Jūrmala, Ogre, Sigulda, Jelgava, Salaspils, Ķekava, Baldone and the industrial belt around the city. Beyond that radius we take on sites only as part of an existing contract, because a crew that spends two hours on the road cannot be at your site by 06:00.
Are you insured if something gets damaged?
Civil liability insurance up to €1 000 000 per claim. We send the certificate to your procurement team on request.
What chemicals do you use? Do you have safety data sheets?
EU-certified professional products. Safety data sheets are kept on site and also sent to you digitally. For clinics and kitchens we use products that meet health-inspection requirements.
Do you work with tenders and public procurement?
Yes. Send the technical specification and the site list and you get a written offer within 48 hours, with the insurance certificate, company registration documents, SLA summary and reference letters attached in the format your procurement team needs. We quote in Latvian, Russian or English.
How does invoicing work?
One invoice a month, 10-day payment terms, e-invoicing available. Equipment and cleaning materials are in the price; washroom consumables are invoiced separately at cost.
