We price by floor area and event length. Tell us about the event and you get a fixed offer the same day.
Prices exclude VAT. Machines and cleaning products are ours. We work at any time of day, including weekends and public holidays.

Event venue cleaning: common questions
Can you work outside our opening hours?
Yes. We fit the schedule around your operation: shops before opening, offices after the last employee leaves, production between shifts (or during operation if it does not get in your way), hotels right after guests check out. The cleaning window can be at any time of day, including nights, weekends and public holidays. Fixed off-hours schedules carry no surcharge.
Are your workers employed or subcontracted?
The vast majority of our staff are on employment contracts with taxes paid, and our civil liability is insured up to €1 000 000. We never bring a subcontractor onto your site without your knowledge and permission; before a subcontractor’s worker starts, we check their qualifications thoroughly and brief and train them at our own expense. Our staff have 5 years of cleaning experience on average. Larger contractors also subcontract parts of their own portfolios to us.
Are you insured if something gets damaged?
Civil liability insurance up to €1 000 000 per claim. We send the certificate to your procurement team on request.
How does invoicing work?
One invoice a month, 10-day payment terms, e-invoicing available. Equipment and cleaning materials are in the price; washroom consumables are invoiced separately at cost.
Do you work with tenders and public procurement?
Yes. Send the technical specification and the site list and you get a written offer within 48 hours, with the insurance certificate, company registration documents, SLA summary and reference letters attached in the format your procurement team needs. We quote in Latvian, Russian or English.
How fast can you start?
A free 20-minute site visit within 24 hours, a fixed offer the same day, and a paid trial period before the contract is signed. The crew typically starts on your site 24 to 72 hours after the first call, depending on how quickly shifts, keys and access can be arranged.
Which districts and towns do you cover?
All of Riga and the area within 75 km of it: Jūrmala, Ogre, Sigulda, Jelgava, Salaspils, Ķekava, Baldone and the industrial belt around the city. Beyond that radius we take on sites only as part of an existing contract, because a crew that spends two hours on the road cannot be at your site by 06:00.
