We set the price after a site visit and the protocol: zones, frequency, product and documentation requirements. You get a fixed offer the same day.
Prices exclude VAT. Products and equipment are included. A paid trial period comes before the contract; minimum term 3 months, then 30 days' notice.

Kitchen and clinic cleaning: common questions
What chemicals do you use? Do you have safety data sheets?
EU-certified professional products. Safety data sheets are kept on site and also sent to you digitally. For clinics and kitchens we use products that meet health-inspection requirements.
Can you work outside our opening hours?
Yes. We fit the schedule around your operation: shops before opening, offices after the last employee leaves, production between shifts (or during operation if it does not get in your way), hotels right after guests check out. The cleaning window can be at any time of day, including nights, weekends and public holidays. Fixed off-hours schedules carry no surcharge.
Will the same people clean our office every time?
Yes. A permanent crew is assigned to your site and any change requires your approval. Our staff have 5 years of cleaning experience on average.
How do you handle keys and alarm codes?
We work under a signed key handover protocol: keys are stored sealed at our office, every visit is recorded in an access log, and alarm codes are stored encrypted and known to no more than two people. You can revoke access on the same day.
Are you insured if something gets damaged?
Civil liability insurance up to €1 000 000 per claim. We send the certificate to your procurement team on request.
Do you work with tenders and public procurement?
Yes. Send the technical specification and the site list and you get a written offer within 48 hours, with the insurance certificate, company registration documents, SLA summary and reference letters attached in the format your procurement team needs. We quote in Latvian, Russian or English.
