Fix: One pass over the whole object: machine-scrubbed concrete floor, dust taken off structures and columns top-down, windows, frames and sills inside and out. Handed over for acceptance without a second pass.

LUKS SIA has served commercial objects in Riga and Pierīga since 2024. We run permanent crews on employment contracts — the same people on your object every visit — and put response times, audits and insurance into the agreement, so your facility manager never has to chase anyone.

Our clients are business centres and offices, retail chains, production plants and warehouses, hotels and aparthotels, event venues and clinics. We know a missed shift can cost more than the invoice: unsold rooms, stores opening late, a stopped line. That’s why our crews work around the clock — early mornings, between shifts, at night or at weekends — we own our machines and materials, and we answer within two hours.

We build the schedule around your operation, whenever it suits you best: retail before opening; offices after the last employee leaves; production between shifts, or during operation if it does not disrupt you; hotels right after guests check out. Crews follow your schedule, with a cleaning window at any time of day, including nights, weekends and public holidays. Fixed off-hours schedules carry no surcharge.
A briefed replacement from our reserve pool arrives within 24 hours, working from the same object checklist. Our coordinator lets you know in advance.
Yes. A permanent crew is assigned to your object and any change requires your approval. Average crew tenure with us is over 5 years.
EU-certified professional products. The SDS folder is kept on-site and shared digitally. For clinics and kitchens, products meet health-inspection requirements.
One invoice a month, 10-day payment terms, e-invoice included. Equipment and cleaning materials are in the price; washroom consumables are invoiced separately at cost.

The rate includes materials, equipment, two deep cleans a year and two window washes. Washroom consumables are invoiced separately at cost. Yes, from €1.80 per m². Builder's dust, cement film, paint and adhesive on glass, frames and sills, windows inside and out — one pass, handover-ready. We work on live sites with safety measures in place. For large handovers we quote after a site visit, because the amount of paint and cement on the glass changes the number more than the floor area does.
All of Riga and the area within 75 km of it: Jūrmala, Ogre, Sigulda, Jelgava, Salaspils, Ķekava, Baldone and the industrial belt around the city. Beyond that radius we take on sites only as part of an existing contract, because a crew that spends two hours on the road cannot be at your site by 06:00.
The vast majority of our staff are employed on employment contracts, with taxes paid and civil liability insurance up to €1 000 000. We never bring subcontractors onto your site without your knowledge and permission, and before taking on a subcontractor’s worker we check their qualifications thoroughly and provide briefing and training at our own expense. That is why the same people turn up every visit. Average crew tenure with us is over five years. What is more, larger contractors subcontract parts of their own portfolios to us.
