Prices exclude VAT. Cleaning products and equipment are ours. A paid trial period comes before the contract; minimum term 3 months, then 30 days' notice.

Hotel cleaning: common questions
Can you work outside our opening hours?
Yes. We fit the schedule around your operation: shops before opening, offices after the last employee leaves, production between shifts (or during operation if it does not get in your way), hotels right after guests check out. The cleaning window can be at any time of day, including nights, weekends and public holidays. Fixed off-hours schedules carry no surcharge.
What if a crew member is sick?
A briefed replacement from our reserve pool arrives within 24 hours, working from the same site checklist. Our coordinator lets you know in advance.
Will the same people clean our office every time?
Yes. A permanent crew is assigned to your site and any change requires your approval. Our staff have 5 years of cleaning experience on average.
How does invoicing work?
One invoice a month, 10-day payment terms, e-invoicing available. Equipment and cleaning materials are in the price; washroom consumables are invoiced separately at cost.
Are you insured if something gets damaged?
Civil liability insurance up to €1 000 000 per claim. We send the certificate to your procurement team on request.
What is the minimum contract length?
3 months, always preceded by a paid trial period, so you decide on the contract based on real results. After that you can end the contract with 30 days’ notice — no lock-in, no penalties.
How fast can you start?
A free 20-minute site visit within 24 hours, a fixed offer the same day, and a paid trial period before the contract is signed. The crew typically starts on your site 24 to 72 hours after the first call, depending on how quickly shifts, keys and access can be arranged.
