The price per m² depends on how often we come.
Example for an 800 m² office. We name the exact price for your site the same day, after a free site visit.
Prices exclude VAT. They include materials, equipment, two deep cleans and two window washes a year; washroom consumables are invoiced separately at cost. Cleaning outside your working hours carries no surcharge. A paid trial period comes before the contract; minimum term 3 months, then 30 days' notice.

Office cleaning: common questions
How do you handle keys and alarm codes?
We work under a signed key handover protocol: keys are stored sealed at our office, every visit is recorded in an access log, and alarm codes are stored encrypted and known to no more than two people. You can revoke access on the same day.
Can you work outside our opening hours?
Yes. We fit the schedule around your operation: shops before opening, offices after the last employee leaves, production between shifts (or during operation if it does not get in your way), hotels right after guests check out. The cleaning window can be at any time of day, including nights, weekends and public holidays. Fixed off-hours schedules carry no surcharge.
Will the same people clean our office every time?
Yes. A permanent crew is assigned to your site and any change requires your approval. Our staff have 5 years of cleaning experience on average.
What if a crew member is sick?
A briefed replacement from our reserve pool arrives within 24 hours, working from the same site checklist. Our coordinator lets you know in advance.
What does office cleaning cost per m² in Riga?
Between €0.59 and €1.21 per m² per month, depending on how often we come. At 800 m²: €0.59/m² for one to three cleans a week, €0.94 for five, €1.21 daily. The rate includes materials, equipment, two deep cleans and two window washes a year. Washroom consumables are invoiced separately at cost. All prices exclude VAT. Tell us the size of your site and we will name the price the same day.
What is the minimum contract length?
3 months, always preceded by a paid trial period, so you decide on the contract based on real results. After that you can end the contract with 30 days’ notice — no lock-in, no penalties.
How fast can you start?
A free 20-minute site visit within 24 hours, a fixed offer the same day, and a paid trial period before the contract is signed. The crew typically starts on your site 24 to 72 hours after the first call, depending on how quickly shifts, keys and access can be arranged.
