Our accountant, our IT and hosting provider, and the payment or e-invoice platform — each under a data processing agreement. We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising. Data stays inside the EU/EEA.
These terms cover the use of this website and the commercial cleaning services of SIA “LUKS”. Individual contracts prevail over these terms where they differ.
Prices shown on this site and produced by the calculator are indicative and not an offer. A binding price is issued after a free site visit, in writing.
Minimum term 3 months, always preceded by a paid trial period; you decide on the contract based on its results. After the trial period either side may exit with 30 days’ written notice, without penalty.
Keys and alarm codes are handled under a signed key protocol with a per-visit access log. You may revoke access the same day.
Report a defect within 48 hours of the visit and we redo the affected area free of charge. Terms of the quality guarantee are set out in your contract.
Civil liability insurance covers damage caused by our crew (policy details on request). Liability is limited to direct damage, excluding lost profit, as far as Latvian law permits.
One invoice a month, 10-day payment term, e-invoice included. Late payment interest is set in the contract.
Latvian law applies. Disputes are settled by negotiation first; failing that, by the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
